1. The service
Fast WebP Converter ("the service") is a web application that converts images to the WebP format inside your browser. The free plan allows a limited number of conversions per day. PRO removes that limit and adds batch conversion and ZIP download.
2. Acceptable use
- You may use the service for personal and commercial projects.
- You must own the rights to the images you convert or have permission to process them.
- You may not attempt to circumvent the free-plan limits, reverse engineer the payment unlock, or resell access to PRO.
- You may not use automated scripts to load the service at a volume that degrades it for others.
3. PRO plans and billing
- Monthly ($5) and Yearly ($49) are recurring subscriptions billed in advance through Stripe. They renew automatically until cancelled.
- Lifetime ($99) is a one-time payment granting access to PRO for as long as the service exists, including future updates.
- Prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.
- You can cancel a subscription at any time from your Stripe receipt or customer portal. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
4. Refunds
All plans include a 14-day money-back guarantee as described in our refund policy.
5. PRO activation
PRO is unlocked in the browser you used to complete checkout, via a confirmation link. You may use the same link to activate PRO on your other personal devices. Sharing the link publicly is a breach of these terms and may result in revocation without refund.
6. Your content
Your images are processed locally and never transmitted to us. We claim no rights over your content and have no ability to access it.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change features, limits or prices. Existing lifetime licences are honoured for the life of the service; subscription price changes take effect at the next renewal after notice.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is". WebP is a lossy format when quality is below 100; always keep your original files. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
