Photoshop to WebP: Skip the Plugin Treadmill

Photoshop's WebP export is fine for one file. For a campaign of 40 assets, flatten or export PNG/JPEG, drop the folder here, and apply one quality and width. You avoid actions, droplets and version-specific plugins.
